OPPO Full-screen Mobile Phone Patent Exposure: Cancel Forefront
- Jul 24, 2018 -

A few days ago, OPPO has applied for a number of patents for collapsible smartphones. At present, this technology is still in the patent stage, and we are temporarily unable to know when the relevant products will be available.

Now, the OPPO full-screen mobile phone patent has also been exposed. According to the news from the foreign media LetsGoDigital, on September 12, 2017, OPPO applied for the “Electronic Equipment” patent at WIPO, which was announced on July 12, 2018.

According to the patent, this is a full-screen smartphone with a full screen on the front and a direct cancellation of the front camera. The dual camera is located on the back of the device. To compensate for the proactive, OPPO placed a touchable screen on the back of the phone that shows the scene shot with the camera.

By activating the display on the back, users can take self-portraits with the main camera, which is usually better than the front camera.

In addition, the patent shows that the phone is also waterproof and dustproof. Finally, OPPO also selected several positions for the screen on the back, including the bottom of the double shot, the right side of the double shot, and so on.

Considering that it is only a patent stage, it is still unclear whether related products will be available.
