At 11 am Beijing time on June 3, 2022, India's Huaxing TV Open Cell was first lit up. The simple and solemn ceremony was held at the TCL Plant in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
India Huaxing was founded in 2018, started construction in September 2019, and capped in December 2019. The initial planning is 5 TV Open Cell production lines with an annual capacity of 8 million units. With the joint efforts of colleagues in India Huaxing, the team completed the self-moving, equipment installation and debugging of large-size equipment without on-site support from any supplier, and the first TV Open Cell lighting was completed in June after the mobile phone panel was shipped to Samsung in March 2022. The first TV Open Cell production line has the mass production capacity, the first line capacity is 141K/ month, and the mass production of 2K TV Open Cell will be completed in June.
When the construction of TV Open Cell has made progress in stages, India Huaxing, together with TCL sales office in India, received 50 TV dealers from more than 10 TV dealers to visit India Huaxing factory on June 6, showing TCL's strong industrial chain manufacturing process, which greatly increased TCL TV customers' confidence.
India Huaxing TV Open Cell is the first and only manufacturer with TV Open Cell production line in India. India Huaxing TV Open Cell will be available to all customers in The Indian market and provide them with better QUALITY TV Open Cell with more favorable price. Introducing TV Open Cell production technology to India for the first time is of pioneering significance for TCL Huaxing to take the lead in technology and market occupation in Indian electronics production industry. For the Indian market, it is a historic moment for the industry to inject fresh blood, welcome new technology, realize the local supply of TV Open Cell in India and reduce the production cost of the industry.
