Jiangxi Production Bases: Depth and Confidence at the Back End
The two major production bases in Jiangxi provide the depth. With 50,000㎡ of factory space, a team of more than 1,300 people, monthly shipments exceeding 8 million pieces, 20 COG bonding lines, 10 fully automatic color screen lines, and 10 backlight assembly lines, production is fully self-controlled across the entire chain.
Small-batch orders have their own scheduling position here, and capacity remains flexible even during peak seasons. The dual bases serve as backups for each other-when one wing is under pressure, the other picks up the slack. Lead time is not a promise on paper, but a certainty walked out piece by piece on the production line.

Fast prototyping comes from having no break between R&D and manufacturing. Stable lead time comes from holding capacity in one's own hands. ENRICH has been deeply engaged in the LCD field for 13 years. Its segment LCDs cover five modes-TN, HTN, STN, FSTN, and VA-and support zebra connectors, metal pins, COG, and COB structures. More than 5,000 standard products are kept in long-term stock. Most small and medium-batch projects do not need to start from mold opening; existing standard products or similar specifications can be adjusted slightly to significantly shorten prototyping cycles and lower MOQ thresholds.
