On July 6, 2023TCL Global Ecological Partner Conference (GPC2023) was successfully concluded in Wuhan. At the meeting, TCL officially released a carbon neutral white paper, and officially announced the enterprise carbon neutral action plan TCLGreen, making "no later than 2030 to achieve carbon peak, no later than 2050 to achieve carbon neutral" commitment goal of "3050". At the same time, it announced the important achievements in the fields of technological innovation, standard setting, industrial alliance and strategic cooperation since the launch of TCL's global ecological cooperation development strategy "Rising Sun Plan" two years ago.
As the annual flagship conference for global ecological partners, TCL, through the two main bodies of TCL Industry and TCL Technology, gathered more than 500 representatives and industry experts from the global intelligent terminal, semiconductor display, new energy photovoltaic and other industries to jointly explore scientific and technological innovation and develop sustainable high-tech manufacturing industry ecological construction.
It is worth mentioning that, verified by third-party authorities, the conference generated net greenhouse gas emissions of 185.76 tons of carbon dioxide equivalent during the purchase of electricity and heat, transportation, accommodation, catering, materials, etc., which were fully offset by the cancellation certified emission reduction (VCUs) to achieve zero carbon conference.

Li Dongsheng introduced that in terms of jointly promoting industrial innovation and upgrading, since the launch of the "Rising Sun Program" at the TCL Global Ecological Partner Conference in 2021, TCL has cooperated with a number of enterprises and institutions and launched more than 90 joint research and development projects; Set up 17 joint laboratories and 11 national innovation platforms; Continue to promote the development of two national innovation and technology centers; Reached cooperation with more than 30 strategic institutions to promote the establishment of 7 industrial ecological alliances. TCL's three core industries have promoted the development of more than 20 standards.
The future competition is ecological competition. In the face of the changing times, Li Dongsheng proposed a future ecological vision at the meeting, which will gather industrial ecological forces and promote high-quality development of itself and the industry by strengthening the construction of advanced manufacturing clusters, driving the development of small and medium-sized enterprises upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, leading to overcome key core technologies, and creating digital supply chains.

Zhao Jun introduced that TCL Huaxing will achieve green production, green recycling and green supply chain through technology empowerment and digital "carbon management", help achieve the goal of reducing carbon emission intensity by 3% to 5% per year, and contribute TCL Huaxing's strength to TCL's carbon neutral action plan.

At the meeting, Qin Shilong, deputy general manager and secretary of the Board of directors of TCL Central, introduced that TCL Central has always adhered to the sustainable development vision of "environmental friendliness, employee love, social respect and customer trust", and promoted manufacturing transformation with Industry 4.0, promoted technology iteration and manufacturing level improvement, and led the industry transformation and industrial upgrading. Technology research and development, intelligent manufacturing platform double empowerment
Focusing on the joint construction of technology ecology, Yan Xiaolin, chief technology officer of TCL Technology Group, introduced in the theme report that at present, TCL has formed the overall technology strategy of display technology, new energy photovoltaic, intelligent technology and AI technology, and will continue to collaborate with innovation platforms, expert consultants, university cooperation, industrial chain cooperation and other technology ecological strategies to help build an open and cooperative industrial technology ecology.
On the same day, the first national dual-platform upgrade and Gechuang Dongzhi settlement ceremony in Hubei Province was held. The Dongzhi Industrial application intelligent platform created by Gechuang Dongzhi is the only state-level "cross-industry and cross-field" industrial Internet platform (referred to as the "double cross" platform) originating from the semiconductor manufacturing industry, and will play an important role in the high-quality development of the local manufacturing industry and the process of new industrialization.
A roundtable forum was also held at the site, inviting a number of industry experts, technical experts and industrial partners to discuss the high-quality development path of science and technology manufacturing industry, and jointly create a new ecology for the integrated development of innovation chain, technology chain and industrial chain.
