This phase covers an area of 200 acres of complex project, the main structure construction of several plants is basically completed.
It is understood that the project is jointly developed and constructed by Shenzhen Huike Investment Co., Ltd. and Beijing Liandong Investment Group Co., LTD., which is a typical marriage of garden enterprises and a strong alliance. After the project is fully put into operation, it will introduce electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, new materials and other upstream and downstream related industrial chain enterprises, with an annual output value of up to 5 billion yuan, and will become the largest upstream and downstream supporting industrial cluster of display functional devices in Hunan.
Kang Wei, general manager of Changsha Huilian Industry Co., LTD., the project builder, said that according to the plan, the first phase of the complex project is expected to be completed in July next year, and mass delivery will begin in October. Although the project volume is large, but the construction speed is very fast, starting from July, fire protection engineering, municipal engineering, facade installation will be carried out one after another, the relevant departments of Liuyang Economic development District arranged special class service, in the project construction, electricity and other aspects also gave a full range of protection.
Data show that the total land area of Changsha Huike intelligent manufacturing industrial complex project is about 500 mu, with a total investment of 5 billion yuan. The first phase of the project will start construction in February 2023, with a planned land area of 200 mu and a planned construction area of about 84,000 square meters, mainly to build a standardized industrial park integrating standard workshops and living services. After the completion of the project, it can accommodate more than 50 high-quality electronic information, intelligent manufacturing, new materials and other upstream and downstream related industry chain enterprises, and it is expected that the annual output value can reach 5 billion yuan, which will create the most complete upstream and downstream supporting of display functional devices in Changsha City and the best structure of the industrial complex.
