In order to implement the expansion project, TCL Technology and its subsidiary TCL Huaxing and Wuhan Huaxing plan to sign the Cooperation Agreement with Wuhan East Lake Management Committee. With Wuhan Huaxing as the project company, the total investment of the project is 15 billion yuan, including 12.5 billion yuan for construction investment and 2.5 billion yuan for working capital. The investment subject designated or established by Wuhan East Lake Management Committee will provide 3.5 billion yuan of production expansion project funds to TCL Huaxing, and TCL Huaxing will increase 7.5 billion yuan of capital to Wuhan Huaxing. The difference with the total investment will be raised by the project company through its own funds and bank loans. The project is expected to take 24 months from the decision to the first stage mass production, 30 months from the first stage full production, and 48 months from the second stage full production.
