Product Basic Information

This module adopts original BOE 4.45-inch IPS LCD panel, featuring native 480RGB×854 resolution with a classic 18:9 vertical aspect ratio, perfectly matching the structural layout of portable handheld devices and compact medical equipment.

Designed with full all-direction viewing performance, it is fitted with customized polarizer of top sand 0° and bottom light 90°, effectively weakening ambient light reflection and presenting pure and natural color performance under regular indoor lighting conditions.

It is equipped with mass-production proven GC9503CV driver IC, featuring great compatibility and long-term market verified stability. The backlight system consists of 10 LED beads arranged in a mature 5S2P circuit layout, with typical forward voltage at 15±0.8V and working current at 40mA, delivering even brightness without dark corners.

The module comes with standard 40Pin FPC connector and adopts MIPI high-speed interface, compatible with most mainstream industrial mainboards, Android and Linux system solutions. The overall outline dimension is 109×60×2.15mm, while the active display area reaches 98.64×55.44mm. With an ultra-thin thickness of only 2.15mm, it fits perfectly into various compact embedded shell structures.

It works steadily within -20℃~+70℃ under normal application scenarios, and can be stored safely from -30℃ to +80℃. Equipped with standard brightness 350cd/m² and contrast ratio 800:1, it fully meets high-definition display needs for industrial human-machine interaction and portable medical devices.

Field engineers are well aware that ordinary TN panels suffer obvious color shift and whitening when viewed from side angles. Differently, the 4.45 Inch TFT LCD Module applies native IPS technology, delivering true 178° ultra-wide viewing angle without color distortion at any viewing position. It keeps clear image performance even when installed sideways or viewed by multiple users at the same time.

The 480×854 resolution is specially optimized for vertical screen applications rather than simple cropped specification. It delivers sharp text edge and natural image layering, ideal for data parameter display, waveform interface and menu UI presentation, especially suitable for numerical reading and simple graphic display on medical devices.

We insist on adopting 10 evenly arranged LED beads with 5S2P circuit instead of simplified backlight design. This mature configuration balances power consumption and uniform brightness, avoiding local overheating after long-time operation. Cooperated with low-power tuning of GC9503CV driver IC, it greatly extends standby and working life of portable devices.

MIPI interface owns strong anti-interference capability and sufficient transmission bandwidth. The gold-plated 40Pin FPC cable ensures stable connection and durable plug-and-play performance. It matches mainstream MCU solutions like STM32, Rockchip and Allwinner directly, greatly shortening project debugging cycle.

During material selection, we reserved wide temperature adaptability for complex industrial and vehicle environments. The screen maintains stable output without flickering, screen distortion or color drifting within normal high and low temperature range.
