In view of the changing market environment and the actual operation of the Company, the company decides to terminate the project investment plan under the cooperation agreement. This termination will help the company focus on resources and energy to improve the main business, and will not have a significant impact on the company's production and operation.
On December 6, 2019, Helitai announced that the company signed a cooperation agreement with the Management Committee of Jinggangshan Economic and Technological Development Zone (referred to as "Party A"), which will support the company to invest and build a project in Jingkai District with an annual output of 600,000 quasi-6th generation A-SI TFT LCD panels with glass substrate size of 1300MM*1500MM. Mainly for small and medium size TFT-LCD display and other products.
It is reported that the total investment of the project is about 6.5 billion yuan, and the investment in fixed assets (including tax) is not less than 5 billion yuan. In order to promote the construction of the project as soon as possible, Helitai will set up a special equity fund for the project, with a scale of 4 billion yuan, and the fund plan will be subscribed by all shareholders in currency.
